2011 EPA Rulings Supported
Following HiperWeb's CMOM rapid response program offsets any future potential EPA violations. New EPA rulings prohibit SSO discharges. If a SSO does occur, it must be demonstrated that the SSO was unavoidable and that a CMOM program is in place to manage that spill as effectively and efficiently as possible.
